RibCore Flush Panel Doors

 Their standard RibCore achieves about 42% glue adhesion between the core and the door skin while cheaper traditional honey comb paper core used by most other manufacturers has about 4% glued contact between door skin and core. Add together the additional strength obtained using thicker and wider timber and the fact that RibCore has more than 10 times glued adhesion between skin and core and you have one very superior internal door. What this means is simple, a strong door that can easily absorb what life throws at it without popping, bending or bowing. That's what makes a Superior Door, superior.

Steel Insert Doors

Superior Dorrs have raised the bar of benefits by making the Superior Door even more superior with the introduction of doors containing steel inserts.

 Steel insert doors are particularly suitable for use in areas where the ambient temperatures or conditions vary on each side of the door.

 Classic examples would be where the interior doors are used in an ensuite bathroom where there will be moist conditions on one side and dry conditions on the other side or another example could be the internal doors between the garage and the house where one face of the door is in a cooler area than the other face which is in a warmer area. Each side of the internal door sustains different environmental conditions.

Vision panel doors are an ideal solution in offices, between living areas, entrance ways, children's play areas or simply as a stylish feature in your home or work place.

Their vision panel doors can be manufactured with flush, grooved or pressed panel finish and are available in moisture resistant (MR) particle board solid core.

We offer two standard beading options, either internal or external ( Please Note,  glass is not provided ) and the design is able to incorporate safety glass compliant with NZS 4223.3: 1999 where required.
